Manage Your Weight At Home With These 4 Tips

We all know that weight loss can be tricky from time to time. We see stories of people losing all this weight in a short period of time, but can one actually MANAGE the weight loss?
In this short video under 3 minutes, I share 4 tips that you can implement easily within your busy schedule that will help you not only shed some pounds, but manage the new weight as well.
Tip # 1: Pantry Makeover
Food is psychological, therefore if we get rid of the bad things in our pantry, then we're less likely to have that as a grab and go food.
That being said, I understand that it's not always simple to get rid of certain food items, especially with kids in the house.
So my next tip plays into this nicely
Tip # 2: Out Of Sight, Out Of Mind
If getting rid of certain things isn't an option, then re-arranging the pantry and the order of food definitely is.
Change up the order, and you're less likely to see those trigger foods that cause the urge to just eat the things you're not supposed to.
Tip # 3: Use Smaller Plates
Most of us have big everything
Big phones, big stress, big ego, and big plates!
We have bigger plates than we need, and we tend to fill that plate up more than we need to.
If you switch up to a smaller plate, yes you'll have less food than you usually do, but you'll notice that you're going to be satisfied.
We want to be satisfied, NOT necessarily stuffed.
Tip # 4: Drink Lots! (Of Water, Of Course)
This one is a no brainer, yes most people are not as hydrated as they should be.
For example, if you drink water before a meal, you're less inclined to over eat.
You're more than 70% water, so needless to say, it's pretty important to keep bodily functions working, and keeping your weight managed.
