You Aren't Lazy, You're Just Not Disciplined Enough

Most of us want to do good things, even great things, but get caught up with everything else that comes with life.
... And Everything Else
With so many things pulling out mental energy in different directions, where do we go? How do we go about completing things that matter?
Plus, with you thinking to yourself that you're not doing enough, you fall in a mental state of mind where you think you're lazy, when the real issue at hand is that you're not disciplined enough.
So, how do we go about building a certain level of self discipline?
While there are different opinions on this, you have to do what works best for you.
Let's take it one week at a time.
Week 1: Set Your Intensions For The Week
In this week, we set up your intensions for the week. This could be you get to the gym at least once and make 3 calls. Mind you, you can do more than 2 for the week, as long as it doesn't overwhelm you.
Week 2: Journal How You Felt The Previous Week. Deepen Your Focus
When you write down about your wins, you are much more inclined to continue on that pattern to make things happen again.
This is also when you deepen your focus. Make sure that you're continuing your momentum from the previous week. You could do the same general tasks, do new ones, or add an extra thing to do in the week. All in all, it's important that you finish what you started - This journey of gaining more self discipline.
Week 3: See What Works Best
Now you've gotten a few things done in these weeks, and you've more or less found out how you end up working your best. You have found out how your patterns are.
This is when you change things up when needed. Can you do 3 tasks in a week? Is it overwhelming? Can you end up with 4 tasks?
It's important to play around with your pattern, and make sure you are always adapting.
Week 4: Have Fun In The Process
This is for all weeks, for the rest of your time here.
Whatever process you are going through, you have to make sure that you are having fun while you're making things happen.
BONUS: Put It In Your CALENDAR!!
Things that don't get scheduled, don't get done.
Make sure you make that commitment to yourself that you will put in in your phone calendar, or a physical one.
